Threadjacking: Unless the thread's explicitly stated to be closed, fire away.
Fourthwalling: No plz. :C
Hugging: Try and he will backhand you into a wall.
Kissing: ...if you want to run for your life.
Injury: Within reason, certainly. Bardock is hard to injure, resilient and stubborn, but if you can manage it go for it.
Killing: Dependent on circumstance, but he's probably gonna pick a fight with the wrong person at one point or other.
Psychic Abilities: Go for it! If your character has the ability, I'm not one to stop them. :3 Just let me know somehow so I can give you something to work with. His own altered brainstate and stubbornness will probably make control extremely difficult, if not impossible.

So Bardock is a precog. He tends to get uncontrollable premonitions at the most inopportune times. Here's where you can, if wanted, leave a comment with a premonition you'd like him to see for plotting purposes.
He will only see these visions when he's speaking with whoever they're about, because he's not likely to search anyone out otherwise.
